Sailor President Jackie Johnson presents the car keys to Tyler and Brennan Beaulieu, Rose Pratt's grandsons. Tyler is a current Sailor and Brennan a Sailor alumnus. Rose was not in attendance at the game, so the keys are accepted on her behalf.

The ticket drum is set up on the ice, and dignataries are assembles in preparation for the big draw.

The draw for the 2003 Chrysler Sebring LXI is made by Central Elgin Mayor Bill Walters.
