DUNDAS--Dundas Real McCoys continued their winning ways as they defeated the Hamilton Steelers 7-3 Friday night in Allan Cup Hockey playoff action in the JL Grightmire Arena. Thursday night, Hamilton edged the Wentworth Gryphin 7-5 in the Harry Howell Arena.
The series will wind down on Friday, March 24th when Wentworth Gryphin play in Dundas. The final game is Sunday, March 26th when Dundas takes on Hamilton in the Dave Andreychuk (Mountain) Arena. All playoff games begin at 7:30 p.m.
Friday night in Dundas, Dustin Alcock had two goals, while Phil Brewer, Jake Goldberg, Mackenzie Wood, Jarret Konkle and Nathan Longpre each scored. Kyle McQuade, Joel Knight, and Cam Sault scored for Hamilton.

ALLAN CUP SR. HOCKEY TOURNAMENT
The Ontario Hockey Association has announced that the Dundas Real McCoys will play host to a four-team 2023 Allan Cup Challenge AAA Hockey Tournament at the at J L Grightmire Arena from April 17-22, 2023. The participating teams will be the host McCoys, the best ACH round-robin -robin team other than Dundas, the Innisfail Eagles from the Alberta Chinook Leauge and a yet to be determined team from
eastern Canada.
On Monday and Tuesday, there will be two games at 3:30 and 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday there will be a game each day at 7:30 p.m. The Saturday Championship game time is to be determined.
The McCoys and their executive hope that everyone can help them to celebrate the event. Volunteers are always appreciated. Please let them know if you are interested.
