Augusta, GA—The Augusta RiverHawks Professional Hockey Club, proud member of the Southern Professional Hockey League (SPHL) and 2011-12 Coffey Trophy Champions, is pleased to announce details regarding its 2012 Prospect Camp which will take place August 24-26 at the Augusta Ice Sports Center.

The three-day camp will feature three inter-squad games, the last of which will take place on Sunday afternoon.

The Prospect Camp offers players the opportunity to showcase their talents and skills to Brad Ralph, Head Coach of the RiverHawks. Coach Ralph will select at least two players from the Prospect Camp to invite to the RiverHawks’ main camp in October.

Players must be between the ages of 18-35 and are responsible for arranging their own accommodations. The RiverHawks’ host hotel is the Wingate by Wyndham on Jimmy Dyess Parkway in Augusta. Additionally, players are required to bring their own equipment; jerseys, socks, and tape will be provided by the Team. The registration fee is $200 if the player has proof of on-ice insurance, $250 if on-ice insurance is needed. Final payment is due on or before August 1, 2012. All interested players are encouraged to register as soon as possible, as space is limited.
