Nation's largest hockey card show coming to Let's Play Hockey Expo
The United States' largest hockey memorabilia and sports cards show, featuring 43 dealer tables, will be held in the St. Paul RiverCentre Kellogg lobby during the Let’s Play Hockey Expo on March 7-8, 2014.
The show features hockey cards, autographed memorabilia, pucks, pictures, bobbleheads, publications, sticks, jerseys, statues plus much more. Other sports memorabilia will also be available including collectibles from baseball, football and basketball including baseballs, bats and other items.
This show is not just for the hockey fan, but all sports fans. In addition, collectible supplies including puck holders, picture frames and baseball cubes will be sold.
Let's Play Hockey Expo to honor long-time sales reps and dealers
The 25th annual Let’s Play Hockey Expo at the St. Paul RiverCentre on March 7-8, 2014 will honor several long-time sales reps and dealers at the opening night reception on Friday, March 7.
This year’s honorees include from the hockey dealers side: Ted, John and Jim Steichen from Steichen’s Sporting Goods, St. Paul, MN, and Dan Lien (posthumously) from Northwest Outlet in Superior, WI. On the sales rep side: Roger Gilbertson from Chanhassen, MN and Steve Morris from Amherst, OH will receive this year’s honor.
Also, the Bob Perani Award will be given to Bill McLean as presented by Bob’s son Robert Perani.
Dealers and exhibitors are invited to the award ceremony and reception which will begin immediately after the close of the show at 6 p.m., on Friday, March 7.
The Expo features over 200 companies displaying the latest in hockey equipment, gear, training devices and merchandise. In addition, there will be dozens of baseball/softball companies showing the latest and greatest in their sports equipment and merchandise.
