1. How do I get a birthday message on the video board?
Celebrate your birthday, engagement, anniversary, or other special occasion with a special message on the Surge VideoBoard. For a small production fee of $20, you can get your special message on the VideoBoard at the next home game. Call (228)287-7825 to get set up today... Your request must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to game day.

2. How can I sing the National Anthem at a Surge Game?
The Mississippi Surge are always looking for qualified/talented singers and are currently accepting anthem demos. If you think you have what it takes, please submit a digital recording of you singing the U.S. anthem (a cappella only) along with your contact info to firstname.lastname@example.org. If we are interested in having you come sing the anthem, one of our friendly game operations staff will contact you for a live audition.
3. How can I get a ride on the Zamboni during a game?
Due to insurance compliance, we regret that fans are unable to ride on the zamboni. However, we do encourage you to sing along when you hear the ever popular Zamboni Song.
4. How can I participate in a promotion/contest during a Surge game?
All of our contestants are either pre-selected, or chosen randomly throughout the game. Look for members of the Surge staff as they are always out in the crowd looking for our next winner or visit the Fan Assistance Booth (behind Section 14) with your tickets in hand so we are able to locate you later in the game.
5. How do I submit my song suggestion or ask a question about in-game music?
We have some great talent upstairs in the operations booth, but we're always open to suggestions. If you have a question or a song recommendation please feel free to send an e-mail to email@example.com.
6. Where can I go if I have a question or concern during a game?
If you have any questions or concerns during a game you can either ask an usher for help or go to the Fan Assistance Booth located in the concourse area behind Section 14.

7. What time do the doors open at the Coliseum?
Doors open for all Surge hockey games 1 hour prior to game time. If you made prior arrangements to enter early, please visit the Will Call booth located at the South Entrance.
8. How much does parking cost?
The parking rate for individual games is $5 per vehicle. Contact 228.287.7825 for more information.
9. What are operating hours at the Surge office?
Regular office hours are 9:00am-5:00pm on Monday through Friday.

You are able to purchase single home game tickets at the MS Coast Coliseum Box Office (which is located on the south side of the building), on TicketMaster.com or by calling (228)594-3707.
