To fans, players, parents, staff, Booster Club Members, Ice Girls, and supporters of Missouri State Hockey,
We are pleased to invite you to attend our 2024 Missouri State Hockey Banquet at 5:30 pm on Saturday, April 27th, 2024 to be held at The Old Glass Place on 521 East St. Louis Street, Springfield, MO 65806.
The evening begins with check-in at 5:30 p.m., a social hour starting at 5:30 p.m., then followed by dinner at 7:00 p.m. The evening will conclude with a presentation highlighting the season and the player awards ceremony at 7:30 p.m. The evening includes a catered meal, dessert, and beverage. A cash bar will also be available.
Tickets for the banquet are $30.00 per person (if advance registration is made through the form below by April 20, 2024) and $50.00 at the door or if registered after April 20, 2024.
Please complete the event reservation form below providing the names of ALL persons attending the banquet as we will be distributing nametags to be picked up at check-in.
