LOISELLE COMMITS TO LAKE FOREST
St. Michael's Buzzers alternate captain Bron Loiselle (photo credit - Mike Ivall/OJHL Images) has confirmed his commitment to join the Lake Forest College Foresters beginning with the 2015-16 NCHA season.
The Toronto, Ontari native, who was born in New York, has played the past seasons with the Buzzers after being selected by the Windsor Spitfires in the 14th round, 280th overall, of the 2010 OHL Priority Selection out of the Thunder National U16 'AAA' program. After playing high school hockey, as well as with the Boston Jr. Bruins organization, Loiselle joined the Buzzerrs in 2012-13 season and his timing could not have been better. He helped lead the club to an OJHL Championship with a seven game series victory over the Newmarket Hurricanes, although they would come up just short in the regional Dudley-Hewitt Cup tournament.
The past two seasons has seen Loiselle be a steady and consistent performer for the club, finishing third on the team in regular season scoring this past year with 20 goals and 37 points in 52 games played.
Congratulations to Bron and best of luck at the next level!
