OJHL POSTPONES TONIGHT'S GAME IN BRANTFORD

September 13, 2018
10:18 AM EDT

“As a result of the Ontario Hockey Association's refusal to assign officials to OJHL games in Brantford due to a dispute about the relocation of one of the members clubs within the OJHL, the league has been forced to postpone tonight’s game scheduled to be played in Brantford, Ontario. The OJHL is one of the top Junior A leagues in Canada. It does not find it constructive or productive to publicly discuss the details of matters involving the OHA, and/or matters that can/may be the subject of litigation or arbitration. The OJHL wants and expects to have a relationship with the OHA that is mutually respectful and will continue to work diligently to help reform the OHA into a body that better meets the needs of its members. The OJHL is focused on providing the best and safest development models for players in Canada and works hard each and every day to improve the player experience.  The league will have no further comments at this time.”
