Fundraising & Sponsorship Opportunities
Sponsor-A-Player Program
New this year we have developed a program that invites your family, friends, neighbors or other contacts to support your player by “sponsoring” them with a one-time donation. Your sponsor’s name will be listed on a special recognition page in the program as well as receive a personalized thank you card and team photo. Your player would receive 100% of the amount of the donation to directly offset their season fees.
Program Ad Sales
Your player is invited to sell ads to all local and regional businesses to support the QV Hockey Program. Form is attached. Your player receives 70% of the cost of each ad sold to directly offset their season fees.
Angel Fund
The members of the QV HOCKEY BOARD have decided to set up a fund that families and alumni are able to contribute to in order to help other players and families with payments when life throws them unexpected circumstances including injuries that affect participation in the season and family circumstances that create difficulty with paying hockey fees. If you are willing/interested/able to contribute to this fund, even if it is $10, please forward a check to QV HOCKEY with “Angel Fund” written in the memo. Checks can be sent to PO BOX 135, Sewickley, PA. Thank you for considering donating to the Angel Fund.
Corporate Sponsor Program
If you know of or own a business that would like to become a sponsor, contact Gretchen Flowers or Rich Guerrieri for more information. Your player receives 25% of the cost of each corporate sponsor to directly offset their season fees.
