WHAT IS BALL HOCKEY

Ball Hockey IS NOT floor hockey, it is not played in some local gym with plastic sticks and puck.
It is played 5 on 5 in hockey arena's (ice removed) with almost identical rules to that of ice hockey.

It is a great way to meet new people and a fun way to stay in shape.
A player can expect to burn between 500 and 900 calories in one game, which is a lot more fun than running on a treadmill for an hour :)

Our leagues are very organized: We provide insurance for our players, registered officials, online player statistics, opportunities for provincial championships and much more!
