Busy week starts off with a win in North Delta
Tuesday night saw the Tritons start their 6 games in 6 days week and they took game 1 of the stretch against the North Delta Blue Jays 8-3. Having to make some in-game adjustments, the boys put the foot down in the 2nd inning scoring 5 runs in the frame. Keith Manby had the big hit of the inning with a 2 RBI single scoring Tate Dearing and Cole Walter who both had back to back hits to start the inning. Then with the score still close at 5-2 in the 5th, Georgi Sugimoto laced a single to left to score Walter again giving the Tritons the extra cushion, as Jacob Hart went 6 innings and took the win for the Tritons.
Tonight the boys are back in action against the Langley Blaze at home with the first pitch scheduled for 7pm.
