Wenatchee Wild Hockey Academy Announces Addition of 16U Weekend Program
WENATCHEE, Wash. - The Wenatchee Wild Hockey Academy is proud to announce the addition of a weekend 16U (2008) program for the 2023-24 season. The addition of the weekend 16U team brings the program back to four teams for the upcoming season, after last week's announcement that the 12U team would not be retained for the 2023-24 campaign.
"We are very excited to add a 16U (2008) weekend-only team for this coming season," said Wenatchee Wild Hockey Academy hockey director Troy Mick.
The head coach for the 14U and weekend 16U teams will be Aaron Azevedo, the assistant coach will be Lane Mahoney and the skills coach will be Tysen Azevedo.
