Drafted: Round 2, #58 Overall (Tampa Bay Rays)
A native of Canada, Pitre joined the Big Train in 2022 and hit .405 in 34 games. In his junior season at Kentucky, the second baseman set many career highs, including home runs (10), runs (57) and RBI (58).
Brandon Clarke | LHP | State College of Florida | Big Train 2022-23
Drafted: Round 5, #148 Overall (Boston Red Sox)
Across two seasons with Bethesda, the left-handed pitcher tossed 27.2 IP with 33 K. In 14 starts at State College of Florida this spring, Clarke pitched to a 6-2 record with 12.96 K/9.
Jacob Friend | C | Davidson | Aces 2022
Drafted: Round 6, #179 Overall (Cincinnati Reds)
The catcher registered a .819 OPS in 26 games with the Aces two years ago. After attending Yorktown High School in Arlington, Va. he played at Davidson and tallied 22 home runs with a .457 OBP. Friend was named the 2022 CRSCBL All-Star Game Most Outstanding Player.
Grant Knipp | Two-Way Player | Campbell | Big Train 2021
Drafted: Round 6, #183 Overall (Seattle Mariners)
Three summers ago Knipp hit .294 in 23 games, helping lead the Big Train to a league championship. The catcher had 35 career home runs at Campbell. This spring, he hit .402 with 18 homers in 29 games as a junior. He also took the mound for the first time in college, tossing 5.2 innings with a 1.59 ERA in 2024.
Colin Tuft | C | Tulane | Big Train 2021
Drafted: Round 8, #249 Overall (Baltimore Orioles)
Tuft also spent part of the 2021 season with the Big Train, playing in one game and scoring a run. He played his first two collegiate seasons at Virginia before transferring to Tulane. As a junior, the catcher barreled a career-high 12 home runs and had a .946 OPS.
Travis Garnett | LHP | William & Mary | Thunderbolts 2022
Drafted: Round 8, #254 Overall (Arizona Diamondbacks)
Standing at 6-foot-6, Garnett pitched with the Thunderbolts before starting his collegiate career at Maryland. He made the switch to William & Mary where he went 5-0 with 14.8 K/9 this spring.

Sprague-Lott became the fourth Grays player to be drafted in the last two years. The third baseman had a .791 OPS with the Grays in 2021. While with the Razorbacks, he tallied nine home runs and seven doubles in 2024.

Drafted: Round 10, #307 Overall (Toronto Blue Jays)
Cunningham hit .372 with a 1.016 OPS in Bethesda last summer, helping win a league championship. In his third season at East Carolina this spring, the outfielder set career-highs with 17 home runs and 66 RBI.

Drafted: Round 11, #316 Overall (Oakland Athletics)
Robinson received an early gift, getting drafted one day before his 21st birthday. A member of the 2021 Championship-winning Big Train, the right-handed pitcher had a 1.29 ERA that season. With Texas Tech, he pitched in 45 games and tallied 133 innings.
Merritt Beeker | LHP | Ball State | Big Train 2022
Drafted: Round 11, #320 Overall (Washington Nationals)
A native of North Carolina, Beeker will join the nearby Nationals. The Ball State left-handed pitcher tallied 26 K over 18.1 IP in Bethesda in 2022. After transferring to Ball State for his junior season, Beeker went 9-3 in 15 starts with 14.2 K/9.
Jason Schiavone | C | James Madison | Big Train 2022-23
Drafted: Round 11, #343 Overall (Houston Astros)
Schiavone had a .751 OPS and 4 HR across two seasons in Bethesda. In 2023, he was named the CRSCBL League Championship Series Most Outstanding Player as the Big Train won the championship. The catcher totaled 29 home runs and 94 RBI in three seasons at James Madison. He hit 18 homers with a 1.020 OPS this spring as a junior.
Everett Catlett | LHP | Georgetown | Big Train 2021
Drafted: Round 12, #348 Overall (Colorado Rockies)
Like Robinson, Catlett also received an early birthday gift by being drafted to the Colorado Rockies. The newly-turned 22-year-old had a 1.80 ERA across 10 innings in Bethesda. With the Hoyas, he totaled 120 strikeouts in 122 innings over three seasons.
Jeremiah Jenkins | 1B | Maine | Giants 2022 & Aces 2024
Drafted: Round 14, #418 Overall (San Francisco Giants)
Jenkins, who rose his draft stock tremendously over the last three years, first played in the CRSCBL with the Giants in 2022, a summer in which he tallied 23 RBI. This summer, the first baseman returned to the league to play with the Aces and crushed three home runs and had a 1.114 OPS. While at Maine, the Maryland-native clobbered 50 home runs in three seasons despite entering college under the radar to many NCAA coaches.

Drafted: Round 15, #449 Overall (Cincinnati Reds)
Two summers ago, the right-handed pitcher registered a 0.81 ERA in Bethesda. He transferred to Virginia Tech for his junior season and tallied seven saves with a 11.9 K/9 rate.

The shortstop hit .300 with a .910 OPS in Gaithersburg in 2022. Over his four seasons at Murray State, Vogel increased his batting average each year and set career-highs in home runs (20) and RBI (61) as a senior.

The infielder joined Bethesda ahead of his collegiate career and had a .456 OBP while scoring 12 runs in 16 games. A native of Virginia, Martin went on to Virginia Tech where he finished his three seasons with a career .321 batting average and .930 OPS.
