Player Procurement Services:
CSG principals have over a decade of professional baseball experience, from field managing, scouting for major league clubs (Philadelphia Phillies, Kansas City Royals), or assisting in video work for the World Champion, Boston Red Sox, player development department . CSG offers full, in-house scouting and player procurement. This includes sourcing all our of players, field staff, and managers in addition to the hiring of all front office personnel.
