Grades: 5th*, 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students who play hockey.
Description: The Middle School hockey program is offered to youths of the Conrad Weiser School District who currently play hockey and/or interested in starting to play in a competitive program including other players from within the Conrad Weiser Ice Hockey Club organization. The CWIHC Middle School program will field players to comprise a team, within the guidelines and regulations of the EPSHL.
Eligibility: Any 5th*, 6th, 7th, or 8th grade student residing in the Conrad Weiser Area School District is eligible so long as they have a valid USA Hockey player registration. Players who participate in a travel program are encouraged to participate.

5th grade players are to participate in the 3rd-5th Grade program, 5th Grade players must qualify for participation in the Middle School program if they desire to play in the Middle School Division.
