Home Association Registrars

Welcome to all Home Association Registrars to the new HEO Midget AAA league website!

To be eligible to tryout for the new league, it is mandatory for all players to register with their Home Association prior to the deadline of August 10th, 2015.

For any players registered in your Home Association, we will send an email and request you register with Pointstreak as a Registrar to verify the player’s registration is complete and they are a member in good standing.

Important Dates:

August 14-16, 2015 - Free Agent Tryout Camp

August 17 – August 30, 2015 – Midget AAA Tryout Camps with Clubs

The Pointstreak registrars module is a brand new custom feature for our league. We appreciate everyone’s patience as we look to automate the method to verify player registration with their Home Association.

1. Click the link to register as a Registrar.
2. Click “create account” as a First Time Registrant
3. Enter the following:
   1. Email Address
   2. First Name
   3. Last Name
   4. Password
   5. Re-enter Password
4. Click Submit
5. Next screen: Add New Participant
   1. For Choose a participant to Register, select your name.
   2. For Program, select HEO MIDGET Tryouts
   3. For Region, select your District.
   4. For Select an Association, select your Association.
   5. Click Add to Registration List
   6. This will display a registration summary,  Click Checkout (should be $0)
6. Next Screen: Checkout
   1. Click Checkout (should be $0)
   2. You may unselect receiving occasional updates from Pointstreak.
7. Next Screen: Click Button to Complete Registration
8. You are now registered as a Registrar with Pointstreak for the HEO Midget AAA League!

*Of note – the system will still generate an $0 dollar invoice, unfortunately their finance module could not be de-coupled from the newly created registrars module for our league.
