Chris White Head Coach / General Manager

Coach White is in his sixth year as Head Coach & GM of the Long Beach Bombers ice hockey team. He has
been involved in Southern California hockey since birth. His coaching experience includes the WSHL’s
Jr. A Long Beach Bombers, and the Midget AAA u18 Long Beach Jr. Ice Dogs.  White has served as a scout for
the Pacific District’s USA Hockey Select Tournament teams, and for the Western Hockey League.  He remains
in contact with many former teammates, opponents, and coaches that are spread throughout North America,
coaching or scouting at the professional, NCAA, USHL, NAHL, WHL, BCHL, and other levels.  As a local youth, he
played for the South Coast Sabers and the Los Angeles Jr. Kings.  Coach White played four years of
Division-l New England Prep School Hockey at Cushing Academy in Ashburnham, Massachusetts.  He then
earned a scholarship to attend Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut.  After four years of Division-l 
NCAA hockey, he holds a spot on the college’s prestigious “100 Point Club” and played in an NCAA National
Championship Tournament.  He is focused on developing a winning culture within the organization.  In the past
five seasons, he is proud to have advanced the hockey careers of over two dozen players. Last season, the Bombers
earned their third consecutive playoff berth.  The season was highlighted by a 39-10-3 record, the fifth consecutive
season with an improved point total. The Bombers also won their first ever Western Division Championship, eventually
losing to the Thorne Cup Champions in the Pacific Conference Championship. Coach White currently lives in Belmont Shore, CA.

Jordan Yindiphol Assistant Coach

Coach Yindiphol is in his fourth year as Assistant Coach of the Long Beach Bombers ice hockey team.  Another
California hockey product, Yindiphol is originally from Redwood City in Northern California.  Yindiphol attended
Shattuck-St Mary’s School in Minnesota, and then played in the NAHL for Fargo-Moorhead, before heading to
Westfield State College. He is also a WSHL alum, as he played for the Phoenix Polar Bears, and won a
Thorne Cup.  Coach Yindiphol currently lives in Long Beach, CA.
 

Brennan Fobel Assistant Coach

Coach Fobel is originally from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. He played Junior A hockey in Canada, prior to
attending University of Saskatchewan, where he was a standout wide receiver on the school's football team.
As a member of two National Championship seasons, he knows what it takes to be successful and win the
big game. After earning his BA, he moved to Southern California, where he added a Master's Degree from
California State University - Long Beach. His knowledge of the game, and passion for player development,
both on and off the ice, will be a huge asset to the Bombers organization. Coach Fobel is working closely
with Long Beach's defensemen. Brennan resides in Long Beach, with his fiancee, Emily.
 

James Jensen Goaltending Coach

Coach James Jensen is from Revelstoke, British Columbia, Canada. He is one of the premier goaltending
coaches on the west coast, and has a long list of current and former clients playing at the highest levels of
hockey. Coach Jensen played minor pro hockey, before relocating to Southern California. He has guided the
careers of NHL Draft picks, NCAA Div-l student-athletes, and dozens of junior goaltenders. His techniques
and vision will be a valued asset to the Long Beach Bombers goaltending unit. Coach Jensen lives in Sunset
Beach with his wife, May.
 
 

Gary Hendricks Exec. VP / Member of the Board of Governors

Gary Hendricks returns this year for his 14th season as the Bombers Chief Operating Officer and Governor
to the Board of Directors of the WSHL.  Gary’s leadership and knowledge of the junior hockey game has
been instrumental in the successful operation of the Bomber Hockey Group during his tenure as COO.  Gary
represents the Bombers at all league meetings and serves the Board of Governors of the WSHL as the
longest seated member on the Board.
 

Ron White President / CEO

Ron White has been with the Bomber Hockey Group for 17 years in the position of CEO.  In addition to his
leadership duties with the Bombers, Ron has also served as the CEO/Chairman of the Board of the Western
States Hockey League for the last 14 years.  Ron also sat on the Junior Council at USA Hockey for 10 years
and acted as the Pacific District Coach in Chief for USA Hockey for 12 years. He is currently the head of the
United Hockey Union, the parent organization of the Amateur Athletic Union.  White’s knowledge of the game
as owner, coach, and administrator, continues to serve the Bombers well.
