Introduction

Dear Prospective Sponsor:

Despite one of the hottest summers on record (we’re sure you noticed!), the Dundas Blues Hockey Club is already thinking of the next hockey season. We had another great season last year, thanks to the support of the fans, the volunteers, and sponsors, such as you.

We plan to continue to work towards an early publishing of our programs this year and hope to get them out very early in the season. This means a longer advertising season and, of course, greater exposure to our fans for all our sponsors. At a sponsorship level of $500 or more, we can work with you to develop a special events night for your organization…and we are very open to any exciting new ideas you may have. With more than 5,000 fans walking through our doors in a season, we provide a lot of local coverage and awareness for our sponsors. 

Just a few of the events being planned for this year include:

• Booth at the Cactus Festival – Please stop by!
• Spaghetti nights in October and January– Great spaghetti dinner for the whole family to enjoy!
• Special raffle at Christmas time and raffles throughout the year

We will provide more details as we get closer to the events.  Please keep an eye on our website at www.dundasblues.ca  for the dates. We would love to see you at many of our functions so we can thank you personally for your support.

A big change this year will be the night of our home games. After experimenting with Saturday home games this past season, we listened to our fans and are moving to Thursday nights for the 2016-17 season.  As always, all our home games will be played at the J.L. Grightmire Arena in Dundas.

To allow the team to put the best product on the ice, we need the continued financial support of businesses, such as yours. Attached is a page that outlines different levels of sponsorship and the benefits that you receive with each package. As mentioned earlier, we are open to any new ideas that you may have that will benefit both the team and yourself.   So if you have an idea, please feel free to contact me directly to discuss.
