Senior T-Ball (for players ages 6 and 7)
Pending final registration numbers the OLMB have created a new Senior T-Ball division and adjusted other age groupings. This division will be for young players that are still learning the game but would like to have a more competitive experience. Players will still hit off a baseball tee but they will progress until put out. As in regular baseball, teams will change when there are three outs recorded.
The divisions for the 2016 season will now be:
- Junior T-Ball – Ages 4 & 5 – born in 2011 and 2012
- Senior T-Ball – Ages 6 & 7 – born in 2009 and 2010
- Rookie – Ages 8 & 9 – born in years 2007 and 2008
- Tyke – Ages 10 & 11 – born in years 2005 and 2006
- Peewee – Ages 12 & 13 – born in years 2003 and 2004
- Bantam – Ages 14 & 15 – born in years 2001 and 2002
- Midget – Ages 16 to 18 – born in years 1998 to 2000
Players may be moved up or down one division after an evaluation of their skills is completed.
