OUT OF TOWN TRAVEL

All minor baseball teams require permission when travelling out of town. Travel permission forms are available in the PBL office.

INJURIES

When a player or coach is injured while participating in a minor baseball event (game - practice etc.) an injury report form needs to be completed REGARDLESS OF WHETHER OR NOT THE INJURED PERSON REQUIRES THE ATTENTION OF A DOCTOR OR DENTIST. A member of the coaching staff and the parents will be required to sign the form.  If the injured person requires the attention of a doctor or dentist then the doctor or dentist will also need to sign the form. Once the form is completed then it needs to be turned in to the PBL office.  The PBL office will then forward on to BC Baseball.  There is a ninety day window for this form to be completed and received by BC Baseball.

FUNDRAISING

The only fundraising permitted for the house or club teams is the annual Kinsmen Swing- A- thon.  The team receives 43% of the money collected with the remainder going back to the Kinsmen Club.  the Kinsmen club, in turn, donates their portion of the money to non profit organizations and needy individuals throughout the community - of which PG Minor Baseball is one of them.  Help your team and help the community at the same time.  Encourage your team to participate in the Kinsmen Swing a Thon usually held in November.
