Stoney Creek's Sarah Nurse sets PWHL Single Season Scoring Record
In her 35th and final regular season game Sarah Nurse scored three times against the Bluewater Hawks giving her a record of 36 goals on the year. This surpassed the previous mark of 33 set by Kelly Sabatine, (Stoney Creek Sabres 2008-09) and Theadora Imbrogno (Mississauga Chiefs 2008-09). Sabatine took only 28 games to record her 33rd goal while Imbrogno scored 33 in 34 games.
