The Spring Ford Ice Hockey club fields teams in both Middle School and High School leagues. Typically, we will have two teams at each level: a Middle School B team (primarily 5-6 graders), a Middle School A team (primarily 7-8 graders), a Varsity and Junior Varsity team.
Our Middle School teams play in the IceLine Quad Rinks Middle School league, based out of West Chester, Games are played at IceLine or Oaks Center Ice.
Our High School teams play in the Inter-County Scholastic Hockey League (ICSHL). Home games are played at Oaks Center Ice, and road games are played around the Philadelphia metro area. Our Varsity team plays at the AA level.
Middle School players do not have to live in the SFSD or attend the Spring Ford School District schools. If they live in a school district that fields Middle School teams, the first priority is to that school district.
High School players must attend Spring Ford High School. Special considerations can usually be made for players who are home schooled, or who live in the district but attend a school that does not have a hockey program.
The Spring Ford Ice Hockey Club is not affiliated with the Spring Ford School District or its athletic programs.
