Administrative Assistant Position                                                         

Peach State Roofing is seeking an administrative assistant for the service department. The position will be located at the Lawrenceville, GA headquarters office, but responsible for all 19 locations nationwide. Applicant should be able to work well with others, be willing to take initiative without being told and want to be part of a growing and expanding the department/team.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Receiving leak requests
• Keeping Clients Up to date in accounting software
• Creating work orders
• Communicating with clients and company sales reps
• Dispatching leaks
• Collections on all repair/service invoices

Applicant should have great customer service skills, be highly motivated, computer savvy, willing and able to learn quickly, able to multi task and prioritize, work well with a team and able to adapt daily. Preferred applicant would have prior experience in the customer service industry.

POSITION SUMMARY: The individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining new client relationships. The position will require strong analytical, communication and writing skills with a focus on customer service and problem solving. Position will report to local Operations Manager and Regional Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Develop and maintain new client relationships
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues
• Co-ordinate with customers and facility managers
• Ability to deal with difficult and long sales cycles
• Organizational and follow-up skills
• Basic computer and mobile device skills
• Some travel required
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to access roofs and handle ladders
• Perform other related duties and assignments as required
• Ability to work in team environment to achieve individual and company goals

Peach State Roofing, a National Commercial and Industrial roofing company, is seeking Project Managers!

The Project Manager will supervise, coordinate and ensure the timely completion of roofing projects.  They will be responsible for managing crews, job supervision and customer satisfaction.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Ensuring complete and thorough inspections of the job site during the entirety of the project
• Address any and all types of problems that may arise during the course of the installation
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Managing material and equipment
• Managing multiple projects and employees at the same time.

POSITION REQUIRES:

• Problem solving skills
• Must be highly organized and motivated
• Must be detailed oriented and ability to establish priorities and meet  strict deadlines
• Ability to manage and motivate others
• Working knowledge of computer, Microsoft, Internet and Excel and Apple Smartphones.
• Excellent communication, follow-up and interpersonal skills
• Valid Driver’s License
• Desire to learn roofing/construction, business operations management experience
• Experience with SINGLE PLY, BUR AND SHEET METAL is a plus but not mandatory
