Tryouts

2016-17 Tryout Dates are April 22-24, 2016

If you are interested in playing for the Philadelphia Flyers junior hockey team, please fill out the Tryout application below and email it to us at USPHLFlyers@gmail.com.   Please also note that Tryouts are $200.  Checks can be made out to Flyers Skate Zone, 601 Laurel Oak Road, Voorhees, NJ 08043.  

***All those attending the tryout must also be provide a copy of their 2015-16 USA Hockey Registration Information***
