Dave Peterson
General Manager
A familiar face to the crowd at Hanover Insurance Park, Dave previously served as VP of Sales & Marketing for the Worcester Tornadoes and handled emcee responsibilities for on-field promotions from 2005 - 2010. His 14-year marketing career began as a Promotions Director for 104.5 WXLO in Worcester, and he was most recently in the advertising industry as an Account Manager for Idea Agency in Sturbridge. He is a 2011 recipient of the Worcester Business Journal's "40 Under Forty" award and was named FCBL Executive of the Year in 2014. You may also find "Peterman" performing his patented "rally dance" when the team is behind in the late innings.
Sherry Callahan

Sherry is joining the Braveheart team to handle all facets of designing an outing or ticket plan for local businesses, their employees and their customers. She is no stranger to a seasonal sport as she previously served as the Group Sales Coordinator at Wachusett Mountain Ski Area for six seasons. Prior to that, Sherry was a marketing consultant and very active in her local PTA, Junior League, and many various fundraising organizations. When not in the office or at the ballpark, you may find her on the sidelines at the Saint John’s High School lacrosse field or traveling across country attending her two daughters' cheer competitions.
Matt Stebbins
Operations Manager & Brand Builder
Matt Stebbins has completed two seasons with the Bravehearts. Originally from Sturbridge, Matt is a 2016 graduate of Xavier University where he worked as a Program Assistant for the nationally-ranked Musketeers basketball team. He traveled with the team all four seasons, coordinating team apparel and managing the locker room for each game. He spent two summers as an Equipment Assistant with the Cincinnati Bengals and was the Bravehearts' Clubhouse Manager in 2015. Nathan Gonelli

Nathan Gonelli is entering his first year with the Worcester Bravehearts organization. Originally from Baldwinville— a small town in Worcester County— Nate now lives in Gardner, MA. He is a 2016 graduate of Franklin Pierce University, earning his Bachelor's Degree in Sports and Recreation Management. He worked in customer service for 4 years while working on his degree. He has always had a great passion for all sports and was the first-ever Game Day Operations intern at the Franklin Pierce Athletic Department. He grew up playing street hockey, and he brings a hardworking, team-oriented mentality to the Bravehearts.
J.P. Pyne
Manager
J.P. Pyne brings sixteen years of collegiate baseball coaching experience with him to the Bravehearts. He is the current Head Coach at Clark University in Worcester and in 2016 finished leading the Cougars through one of their most successful seasons in history, setting a school- record with 18 wins. Prior to the job at Clark, Pyne spent two seasons at the University of Maine. He is well- known in New Hampshire baseball circles because of previous successful stints coaching at Saint Anselm College in Manchester and Daniel Webster College in Nashua, where he was named NECC Coach of the Year in 2009, 2010 and 2013. For two seasons, Pyne coached the Nashua Silver Knights of the Futures League, winning the championship as an assistant in 2012.
Kevin Hartigan

Kevin has coached with the Bravehearts for 3 seasons. He is a West Boylston resident and retired Worcester firefighter. Hartigan played varsity baseball for Millbury H.S. and went on to become part of Quinsigamond C.C.’s 1979 & 1980 State Junior College Championship teams. He's been involved in community sports programs for over 25 years, including the West Boylston Babe Ruth League and the West Boylston Lions (A Cooperstown Travel Team). Entering his 17th year as a Major League Baseball scout, Kevin has scouted top baseball prospects for teams including the Blue Jays, Reds, and Mets. Kevin also coordinates the team's host family program and is a member of the Millbury Hall of Fame.
Casey Cummins
Assistant Coach

Leicester-resident Casey Cummins joined the Bravehearts' staff for the final seven weeks of the 2014 season and guided the pitching staff to the 4th-best ERA in the league. Each season, the pitching staff has posted a sub-4.00 ERA with Casey at the helm. He is a graduate of Merrimack College and previously worked as a coach at Saint John’s High School in Shrewsbury. He was an Assistant Coach with the Nichols College baseball team and also teaches in the Sutton school system. In addition to his on-field duties, Casey helped lead the Bravehearts Youth Camps in 2016.
