WRLL COACHES' CORNER

Welcome to the West Redding Little League (WRLL) Coaches' Corner. Qualities that WRLL looks for in a Manager or Coach include:

  • Knowledge of the Game
  • Skill Development Experience
  • Sportsmanship
  • Fair Play
  • Dedication
  • Discipline
  • Good Communication
  • Positive Attitude towards the kids, parents, umpires and opposing teams/coaches.

We encourage each of you that desire to Manage or Coach in WRLL to become the best coach that you can be, and provide a positive experience for our children and the Redding community.

WRLL Coaching Coordinator will work with, mentor and guide the coaches that work directly with our younger players in Tee-ball, Farm, Jr. Minors, Minors and Majors Divisions to make sure that we are giving our players the training in basic skill development so that they can continue to enjoy the game of baseball throughout their youth.

If you have Coaching Questions, Information or Tips that could help others, please e-mail it to WRLL Coaching Coordinator. Please fill out a Manager Application if you are interested in being a WRLL Manager or Coach.

On this page we'll make available for download documents, rules and links you will need to do your job well.
