Upon submitting the questionnaire below and your information being entered, you will receive a confirmation email with further registration instructions.
All players are responsible for providing their own equipment including FULL FACIAL PROTECTION, mouth/neck guards, socks, sticks and tape. A jersey for camp will be provided. Water, Gatorade, fruit, cliff bars will be available to the players throughout camp.

Players Cost is $375 (This includes 4 Games Minimum, 1 Dry-Land Session, 1 Meal, Post Camp Evaluation) - Payment due within 24 hours after registration. (E-mail will be sent after you register with payment details)
*Once Player is Confirmed for camp, no refunds will be issued*
