JOHN REMPE
WESTERN MARYLAND SCOUT, C.I.T.
John Rempe is a product of the Washington, DC hockey community. Growing up in Frederick, Maryland, John played Tier II for the Ashburn Xtreme, Tier I for the Washington Little Capitals, and Juniors for the Washington Junior Capitals and Potomac Patriots. John has been a member of the Patriots family since the organization's creation in 2010, For the first 3 years he was an anchor for the team's defensive core and one of the players that the program was built around. At the end of the 2012-13 season he shifted from playing to coaching development in the Patriots Coach-In-Training Program. In cooperation with the CIT Program, John is progressing through the USA Hockey Coaching Certification process as well as going to school full time at Hood College.
