Each Director shall discharge the Director’s duties as a Director, including the Director’s duties as a member of a committee of the Board, in good faith, with the care an ordinarily prudent person in a like position would exercise under similar circumstances, and in a manner the Director reasonably believes to be in the best interests of the Corporation.
The Directors shall consist of each manager that attends the annual meeting. Each Director shall be elected for a term of one year at the beginning of the annual meeting.
Each Director shall hold office until (a) the expiration of the term for which he or she was elected and until his or her successor has been elected and qualified, or (b) his or her earlier death, resignation, or removal.
Directors shall receive no compensation for their services as Directors or as committee members and shall serve a term of 1 year with the amount of directors being 3-15. The newly appointed board of directors are noted below and will be posted on the league website:
Executive committee: (2 year Terms) The officers of the Corporation shall include a President, Vice President of each Division, a Secretary/Marketing Director, Treasurer. The officers may include one or more Assistant Secretaries, one or more Assistant Treasurers, and such other officers as the Board may determine by resolution. Any number of offices may be held by the same person. They must place emphasis on the health and well-being of the Corporation and promote amateur baseball opportunities in the community in performance of their duties.

Any number of offices may be held by the same person. Annual report to the state of Colorado filed in March 2017 noting the updated board of directors voted in at the annual meeting in Jan 2017.
