NAHC Female + Male Weekend

STEP 1: Submit team entry form.

STEP 2: Series Fee $2195 CAD +GST, or $1600 USD

• You will be contacted by phone/email provided on your team entry form for payment options
• Visa/Mastercard/American Express available by phone or inquire for other payment options

STEP 3: Reserve a series sponsored hotel:

• Go to the hotel tab on the website to see Tournament Sponsored Hotels
• After that, call 204-897-3987 or email nahctournament@gmail.com to advise which hotel your team prefers to stay at

Series will make the initial contact with hotel for your team. All teams MUST book with one of these hotels and submit a hotel rooming list and send it to nahctournament@gmail.com

STEP 4: By April 30, 2021 send your team logo to nahctournament@gmail.com and complete a roster form which you will get a email from point streak. Roster form MUST be done by April 30 to get team members in program.

STEP 5:Complete and sign team waiver form and bring completed to series checkin.

STEP 6: Ensure roster changes, if any, are updated on the series website at least 7 days prior to start of series

STEP 2: Individual Fee $295 CAD +GST

• You will be contacted by phone/email provided on your single player entry form
• Full balance of tournament fees
• Visa/Mastercard/American Express available by phone or inquire for other payment options
