NAHC Shootout

Team Registration Process

STEP 1: Submit team entry form.

STEP 2: Tournament Fee $2150 CAD +GST, or $1600 USD

  • You will be contacted by phone/email provided on your team entry form for payment options
  • Visa/Mastercard/American Express available by phone or inquire for other payment options

STEP 3: Reserve a tournament sponsored hotel:

 

Tournament will make the initial contact with hotel for your team. All teams MUST book with one of these hotels and submit a hotel rooming list and send it to nahctournament@gmail.com 

STEP 4: By April 16, 2021 send your team logo to nahctournament@gmail.com and complete a roster form which you will get a email from point streak. Roster form MUST be done by April 16 to get team members in program.

STEP 5:Complete and sign team waiver form and bring completed to tournament checkin.

STEP 6: Ensure roster changes, if any, are updated on the tournament website at least 7 days prior to start of tournament

 

Single Player Registration Process

STEP 1: Submit single player entry form. Once you have received a confirmation email from Tournament you can proceed with step 2.

STEP 2: Individual Fee $295 CAD +GST

  • You will be contacted by phone/email provided on your single player entry form
  • Full balance of tournament fees
  • Visa/Mastercard/American Express available by phone or inquire for other payment options

STEP 3: Contact nahctournament@gmail.com   to confirm acceptance and reserve a Tournament Sponsored Hotel
