The 2016 WCCHA Tournament was held February 19-21, 2016 at the Schwan Super Rink in Blaine, Minnesota.

The regular season standings were used to determine seeding for the tournament, with the tournament winner being crowned the 2016 WCCHA Champion and takiong home the Carla Berg Cup.
