Seagulls Baseball Academy

Testimonials

"The two years I spent playing for the San Francisco Seagulls was a great experience. The coaching staff was eager to help each and everyone of us improve the moment we got there. All of the coaches have played and succeeded in baseball and are so willing to pass on there knowledge. I have seen growth from every person that I have played with including myself and I believe that playing for the Seagulls has attributed to that. I have come away with many lifelong friends since playing for the Seagulls and can say that if you have an opportunity to join the Gulls, you should!"

"The San Francisco Seagulls are an organization I have been privileged to be a part of as a player for the past five years of my life. The way that Coach Marc, Coach Doug, Coach Zach, and Coach Jeff go about handling who they bring in to the organization and the support they show each and every player, and family is something I will never forget.

I wish every baseball player in the country had the opportunity to be a San Francisco Seagull. The amount of time, effort, and energy that the coaches put in to building relationships with each guy creates a strong bond, making it extremely easy to trust what they are trying to teach you. People fortunate enough to be a Seagull would learn more about the game of baseball in two weeks than they may have learned their whole life. Not only do the coaches understand the game, they genuinely love teaching it and watching players develop within the organization.

The values that have become the heart and soul of the Seagulls create an awesome atmosphere to be able to learn, grow, and excel in the game of baseball. I am personally grateful for everything the Seagulls organization has done for me in my life. I've spent five years calling myself a 'Gull and went from an 18 year old Junior College player to transferring to play baseball and graduate from a NCAA Division II in New Jersey. Not only did they help me through my entire college career, but they also inspired me to go in to coaching college baseball. One thing I know for sure is that if it wasn’t for what I learned from the Seagulls and how much they helped in my life, it may have never happened!"

"The San Francisco Seagulls provided an environment that helped me grow and learn tremendously as a baseball player, person and develop lifelong friendships. The organization also helped me get a scholarship to help me continue my education as a student-athlete."

"Have you ever wondered what it was like to have fun playing the game you love? Well, being a Seagull sure does the trick. Hello all, my name is Juan Carlos Reina from Paterson, NJ and I'm a Seagull. I was first introduced to this team by a collegiate teammate of mine. I remember how much fun he said he had being a Seagull and learning overall as a player. Wanting to experience this first hand, I decided to join the Seagulls in the summer of 2016. I can personally say I have never been apart of something so special before.

Being surrounded with such a experienced coaching staff, teammates and fans gave me even more than enough reason as I why I still play this beautiful game. To be a 'Gull you have to play your heart out with an open mind and be willing to learn from your failures. Once you do that, you are more than half way on your journey to success. Coach Marc, Coach Doug and all of the assistants truly want to help each player improve their game on and off the field. They aren't just baseball coaches, they are mentors, leaders and your biggest fans. I've definitely improved my game being a Seagull and I'm excited for all the opportunities that will be given to me because of this experience.  All in all, it's a blessing to be a Seagull."
