CJHL All Star Teams
As the national governing body for junior hockey in Canada, the CJHL is a leader and advocate for excellence in Canadian Junior Hockey. The CJHL strives to develop athletic and academic discipline in a high performance setting. The CJHL believes in the passion and energy of those involved with our philosophy that hard work, dedication and individual growth will lead to a positive future for all who are associated with our member leagues.
Therefore, this will be the first year the CJHL acknowledges and selects regional All Star Teams. The All-Stars selected will be the top three forwards, top two defensemen and top goaltender for Eastern, Central and Western Canada. The East, Central and West All Star Teams will be chosen from the nominations submitted from each league for the CJHL Top Player Awards. As each league votes in each category, their votes will be tabulated and used as the basis for selecting the East, Central and West All Star Teams. The All Star Teams will be announced each year after the CJHL National Championship the RBC Cup in May.
- The East All Star Team will be selected from the CCHL, QJHL and the MHL.
- The Central All Star Team will be selected from the SIJHL, NOJHL, OJHL.
- The Western All Star Team will be selected from the BCHL, AJHL, SJHL and the MJHL.
Each CJHL All Star will receive a CJHL All-Star Award courtesy of Jostens Canada as recognition for their achievements.
